Runner on 1st: A has runner.
Runner on 2nd: E has runner while B watches the BR touch 1st.
Runner on 3rd: E has runner.
Runners on 1st
& 2nd: B has 1st
and E has 3rd.
Runners on 1st
& 3rd: B has 1st
and E has 3rd.
Runners on 2nd & 3rd: B has 2nd and E has 3rd.
Runners on 1st,
2nd, & 3rd: B has 1st and E has 2nd
and 3rd.
Runner on 1st: A has runner.
Runner on 2nd: B has runner.
Runner on 3rd: E has runner.

B must back up towards right field to open peripheral vision to see
both.
E can help if not going out for the catch.

all situations:
(1)
If
an umpire goes out to cover a fly ball, the plate umpire will cover the vacated
base(s).
(2)
With
bases loaded, no one goes out unless the game is on the line (game-winning
play).
